Série sobre virgem grávida é a grande surpresa do Globo de Ouro

Na lista dos indicados ao Globo de Ouro 2015, anunciados nesta quinta (11), a grande novidade é Jane The Virgin, que concorre nas categorias melhor série de comédia e melhor atriz (Gina Rodriguez). Baseada na novela venezuelana Juana La Virgen, exibida pela Record entre 2002 e 2003, a produção da The CW disputa a categoria principal com três séries de temática feminina: Girls (HBO), Transparent (Amazon) e Orange is the New Black (Netflix). A nerd e machista Silicon Valley (HBO) completa a lista.

Entre as séries dramáticas, só uma atração estreante está na lista dos indicados: The Affair (Showtime), outra aposta da temporada 2014-15, cujos protagonistas disputam as categorias de melhor atriz e ator. As concorrentes dela são produções tradicionais: The Good Wife (CBS), House of Cards (Netflix), Game of Thrones (HBO) e Downton Abbey (ITV).

As grandes ausências da lista da são The Big Bang Theory (CBS) e Modern Family (ABC) que, apesar de populares, não tiveram uma única indicação. As séries com maior número de nomeações são The Affair, The Good Wife, House of Cards e Orange is The New Black, com três indicações cada.

Fargo (FX) e True Detective (HBO) são as favoritas para levar os prêmios de melhor minissérie ou filme feito para a TV e também concorrem nas categorias de melhor atriz e ator. Fargo tem cinco indicações e True Detective, quatro.
